Viet Panel Construction Company Limited is seeking a Construction Auditor to support our expansion and enhance quality control across industrial projects.
Job Description

Audit quantities and costs of construction, panel works, MEP systems, and related items.

Review payment and final settlement documents.

Evaluate materials, norms, and unit prices based on current regulations.

Coordinate with technical, construction, and accounting teams to ensure data transparency.

Participate in site inspections when required.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Economics, Auditing, Civil & Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of bidding documents, construction contracts, norms & unit prices.

Proficient in Excel; AutoCAD and estimation software are advantages.

Honest, detail-oriented, logical thinking, able to work under pressure.
