Job Description:

Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design documents, technical standards, and regulations.

Monitor quality, progress, safety, and construction quantities.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and investors to resolve technical issues.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and related documentation.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or College degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.

Prior experience in site supervision (1–3 years preferred).

Strong knowledge of construction processes and technical standards.

Good communication and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure.
