At exactly 7:00 AM on April 29, 2025, Viet Panel Construction Co., Ltd. and the investor, Weldtone, solemnly held the topping-out ceremony for the Merlion Tech Factory project. With a total investment of 220 billion VND, this auspicious topping-out event not only affirmed Viet Panel’s “lightning-fast” construction speed but also served as a commitment to a project of peak quality, ready for handover on schedule in 2025.

The topping-out ceremony took place at the auspicious time of 7:00 AM on April 29, 2025.
